Tips before you start:
Soldering and heat shrink will give you the best connections
Bullet connectors and crimping tools are also good (pliers also work).
Zip ties are your friend
Install the mount first, before running wire,s so you know if you need to extend them or not.
Power Wire
the 12v input to power the controller will be labeled. A good spot I've found that is switched in most cars is the 12v cigarette lighter socket and its fuse.
Optionally, add a toggle or push button switch to the positive 12v wire to turn the controller off and on without having to turn off the car.
Air Manifold Setup
usually “IN” and “EXH” will go all the way through, install the tank sensor on the “IN” on the opposite side of the “IN” port you’re using to connect the manifold to your tank. then plug one side of “EXH” and add your exhaust line to the other “EXH” I like to run mine through a drain plug to the outside of the car.
RUNNING YOUR AIRLINES:
4-FRONT LEFT
3-FRONT RIGHT
2-REAR LEFT
1-REAR RIGHT
Wiring and Sensor Wire Installation:
THE WIRE HARNESS COMING FROM RUIN AIR WILL HAVE MATCHING LABELS TO THE DIAGRAM BELOW.
I’ve also included an example below of how to install the sensors. (the sensor are on a 90 elbow but that is not necessary you can screw them right into the 1/8 port)
match the numbers on the labels to the numbers on the pin out below
the sensor clips will also be labeled (4,3,2,1,T) they will match the bag placement.
solder or crimp the connections.
Setting Up the Remote
Remove the adhesive backing from the mount and stick it somewhere convenient.
plug in the USB-C cord and power on the remote. it should power on and auto-connect.
Tuck the remote wire for a nice install.
Connecting the compressors
this process is the same for both single and dual besides one difference, examples are below.
run the wire that says “comp” on it to your relay post 86
if you have dual compressors, run that wire to both relays
